I’m a first time mom and I don’t remember these rhymes from when I was a kid 30 years ago. Helped me to remember the rhymes so my kid doesn’t think I’m a dummy when singing them to him when he’s older. The illustration is cute. The rhymes are classic and timeless.

This is a great book to give at a baby shower! One of my favorite gifts to give to a new mom is the gift of books! Parents need books when they have children...and I truly feel everyone should read to their kids every day or at least before bed every night! When you give a mom a gift of books she has the tools she needs to bond with her baby and her children!
