What are the box options?
We offer two options so you can choose the box that best suits the age of your child. Our Baby Book Box is perfect for ages 0-2, and our Sensory Book Box is perfect for ages 1-5.
How many books come in a little hippo book box?
Each book box comes with three books.
can i select the books in the box?
Our boxes are not customizable. We select from our newest and best-selling titles to fill each box with stories that will bring joy to, and create fun for, families and children.
If I order today, when will I receive my first box?
Initial orders received between the 1st and the 15th of the month, ship out within 3 business days of order receipt.
Initial orders received between the 16th and the end of the month, will be shipped out on the first day of the month.
All recurring, monthly shipments are shipped out on the first day of the month.
when will i be billed for my book box subscription?
Your first box will be billed when you place your order. Subsequent boxes will be billed on the 16th of the month.
I'm a first time subscriber and noticed that I was billed twice this month. Is this a mistake?
Don't worry, it is not a mistake. When you place your first order you will be charged immediately for the first month. For all subsequent boxes, you will be charged on the 16th of the month.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Sorry, currently we do not offer this service with our subscription boxes, but all subscription boxes come with FREE shipping.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
How long will it take for my Little Hippo Book box to arrive?
Once your box is shipped, expected delivery times in the United States range from 2-7 business days, depending on the location.
How do i cancel my subscription?
We would be sad to see you go, but you can easily cancel your active subscription. Log into your subscription account, click See More Details and click on Cancel My Subscription within the drop down menu. Subscription plans for 6 months, cannot be canceled until the fourth month. Subscription plans of 1 year cannot be canceled until the seventh month. If there is anything we can help you with, feel free to email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payments do you accept?
We accept credit card and debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay, Facebook pay and Diner’s club.
I didn't receive an order confirmation for my subscription. What do i do?

what do i do if i accidentally signed up for more than one subscription?
Log into your subscription account, click on See More Details to see your full order breakdown. Then click on the Product In This Subscription tab, select the product that you want to cancel, then click on the Cancel Subscription tab within the drop down menu. am I able to skip a month without losing my subscription?
Unfortunately,not at this time. If you want to pause your subscription and resume it at a later time then contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
can i change the frequency of my boxes?
No. All of our subscription boxes currently ship out on a monthly basis.
How can i change my credit card information?
Log into your subscription account, click on See More Details to see your full order breakdown. Then click on the Payment Details tab within the drop down menu and update your card information.
